LED Headlamp Bulbs for a 2009 MP Camper

Can anyone provide guidance about replacing Halogen lamps with LEDs in my 2009 Westfalia MP? I have read that there can be issues with the CANbus not 'liking' the LEDs! Any advice or guidance greatly appreciated.
