Just for info, for anyone with trips outside the UK coming up, my insurer (Admiral) has just e-mailed me to say that if its a no deal Brexit, after the 29th March I will need a Green Card if going outside the UK. This provides up to 90 days travel on full cover. Its free but they need 14 days notice to send one.
