Fluid spillage/ leak from cap?

Has anyone experienced fluid, can’t say if diesel or if adblue, apparently leaking from either cap?

On filling up I have been super careful and wiped the area clean with a dry cloth however at some point (probably when under some kind of pressure) I notice there is a small amount of leakage coming from either the ad blue or the diesel cap.

I imagine replacing both are relatively cheap. Just wondered if it is a “thing”?

Turns out it’s a diesel leak from the filler cap. The seal has gone. Going to try to refresh it with gummi pfledge and silicone lubricant that said replacement isn’t expensive, so I’ll probably just source a new one I think.
