This message is displayed on my Marco Polo dash - Parking Brake See Owners Manual and it won't let me start it. And its displaying Restraint Sys malfunction Consult workshop. Has anyone come across this happening?

Hi - its usually a sensor. Most of the time people put the solution on here (which is really helpful) - but some don't, I don't think the person who had this fault contributed again after this message. If you have breakdown/homestart recovery they should be able to help. I guess you don't have a plug in fault code tester?
