Cupboard latches sticking

Anyone else had this issue? Any ideas how to solve? Seems to be due to dirt getting into the latches.

Hi.

unscrew the catch body (with torx bit I think) and blow/tap out.

I also think you can remove drawers (clips underneath like in normal kitchen units)

grit/sand accumulates in the trim / finger pulls so I now clean away from the catch. No problems since.

I spent a couple of hours on my latches recently. I gave up as I could not get the lower drawer catch to engage after self-closing even though I removed the whole mechanism for cleaning and reattached with 1,2,3,4 spacers and none. I came to the conclusion that the drawer front is slightly warped - quite likely as it’s wood, unlike VW aluminium doors.
