Constant Electrical Hum!

Some help required.
Ive had my MP off the road for the past two months. Put it back on today, took it for a spin, checked the tyres etc, returned home and parked up.
I noticed a hum like noise from behind where the fridge is. The fridge is off. The hum is quite loud and has been going for a couple of hours. Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

Water pump perhaps? Make sure your tap / water is turned off

Spot on....Why I didn't think it was the water pump it was more like the noise of a cooling fan. What had happened, I think, as I drove over a nasty speed bump that gave the van a jolt, that may have just moved the tap lever, as it was only open a tiny amount and hadn't actually activated the pump. It wasn't the pump making the noise but some other unit. Closing the tap that small amount sorted it. So thanks for that.
