Camper part is dead

Hi,
I have a Marco Polo 2018 and the camper part do not have eletricity. Is completely dead, even conected to 220 v wall tension. Even connected to wall tension, the interior 220 v power outlet is also dead.
With the motor working, the camper revives and works normaly.
What must be the problem? What can I do to solve it?

It's below the mains outlet between the kitchen and the left-hand front seat.

Is your control panel showing anything? If not then most likely your leisure battery is dead. I had the same problem. Bought new battery and everything works fine.

Hi my westfalia control panel screen flickers on and off. Is this a control panel or leisure battery issue? I'm really worried because without the control panel working properly I cannot operate fridge or pop up roof

If it flickers, it sounds like a loose connector - I'd check the fuses (underneath the sink) and any connectors.
