Bike carrier

Hi any recommendation on a 2 bike carrier than moves to allow tailgate to open on MP. Also the electrics hook up does it come uk with a euro adapter.

I had an Atera Strada that as a 3 bike rack that would definitely allow the tailgate to open .There had to be enough ground clearance at the rear, only a problem on uneven campsites or if you parked with the rear wheels up against a kerb. Excellent bike rack but I'm sure there are others.
