I have a 2021 V220 Sport Marco Polo. After about a year the auxiliary heating stopped working - it only blows cold air. Around the same time the external electric socket stopped working, and recently also the socket inside gave up (only ever used for charging phones).
I took the van to MB of Ashford three times to fix these issues. Twice they told us that the heating has been fixed, and they can't test the external socket due to different voltage. The heating was in fact never fixed. The third time round they finally said they are unable to diagnose the heating because it is a post-factory fit. I also tried MB of Canterbury with no luck.
Not sure what to do next while it's still in warranty. Has anyone experienced any of these issues?
As a side note I want to reach out to the Reading MB to see if they've dealt with these before.
