Did you try any of the other interior lights James? The only reference I can find in the manual for lights drawn from the leisure battery are for Marco Polo lamps beside the roof storage cupboard

I am surprise your old roof has surfaced on eBay. Who did the new roof for you, the dealer or 3rd party? I thought they had to return the old roof to MB if it was under warranty.

That was my point, it is my old roof, I can tell from where solar panel was fitted. The blisters were all towards the rear, a few in the centre. You can see the two big ones towards the left hand side rear of the roof quite clearly in their photographs, near the Westfalis logo. Doesn’t look...
