Multiple Electrical Issues

My apologies as I have already started two posts with the issues outlined below but I thought it best to amalgamate these into one as they appear to be linked.
Our 2017 MP is currently in our local MB garage with a number of electrical issues that seem to have occurred after the main battery was replaced by Mercedes Assist. The major issue is a dead Multimedia Screen. The USB ports in the central console are not functioning. The tailgate button on the key fob opens the tailgate glass but not the door. There is a warning on the dashboard that the traffic sensor is inactive. The MB diagnostic has revealed that there is no connection with the radio. They have checked the fuses in the passenger footwell and the are apparently OK. They are planning to remove the central console next week to examine the radio and its connections. Has anyone experienced similar issues ? Would a faulty radio connection explain all the faults ? Any advice gratefully accepted.

and the battery is installed correctly? i mean i would examine that first i think. other then that no clue if a faulty battery can do that.
only thing i heard of is someone whos radio stopped working after a mercedes service. And they would not pay for it.... D

the whole legal mayhem with these scenarios are sketchy.

good youre writing though, i will make sure i get a readout of the vehicle if i ever get a mercedes assist. AFTER the help. D

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery but follow the manual to connect the terminals in the correct order? The electronics can be sensitive to this.

My tailgate stopped operating, and also had issues with the satnav. Later, had issues with ABS and other automated safety features. Changing the speed sensor solved all until the opposite one also later failed.
