Never used the “penthouse”, I went up there once but the horizon rear seat is spacious and manually operated so none of that faffing like your in a hospital bed.

Windy and cold, cosy downstairs.
Warm,, with the promise of a lovely sunrise - upstairs.
I agree its more of a faff to drop the electric seats. I always cheat when I put them back up by pressing the reset button so that I can get on with something else while they whirr away.
Not shown in any of the demos is that the downstairs the bed support can be raised to prop you up if you want to laze and read a book. However, because it has to be raised to maximum height to return to the flat position, I have only done this at siesta time, I would imagine getting the bed flat again from the inside at night would be a challenge.
