Hi all. Anyone succeeded in working out how to keep the radio on when you are parked up. Have tried ignition key in and also with key at steps one and two of ignition, but still seems to go off after three minutes also. Any suggestions?

I assume your got the command system sorted? We had same problem and persisted with Mercedes they reset the command twice and sorted it, don’t let them fob you off saying it’s normal to go off after 3 mins.
After 18 months Mercedes still haven’t sorted out the satnav on my Command. However, after multiple software upgrades and part changes it now stays on !
