Both Halfords and Go Outdoors are stockists. Be aware that they are exchangeable not refillable.
It’s a shame that you are so far away as I have two bottles that I want to sell but I’m in Southampton and they can’t be posted.
Forgot to mention that they often crop up on the likes of gumtree or marketplace which is where I originally got mine from. As you exchange them when empty it doesn’t matter where they come from.
You might also strike lucky at your local tip.
