Hiya.

I wonder if anyone can help me please. I have a 2018 MP and suddenly I can't connect my Spotify to the sound system. I am getting a Bluetooth Paused message. I am connected to the MP bluetooth and the Spotify tracks show to be playing but there is no sound coming out of the speakers.

Also my telephone calls are very quiet and I don't think these are coming though the speakers either. I'm not sure if this is a phone settings problem or a MP problem. Has anyone come across this please because I am pulling my hair out?

A long shot but a simple one; I had problems whilst on the phone driving (hands free....) with low volume so low I couldn't hear the other people, and with the volume at max on the central display. Lived with it for a short while, but eventually found it was the phone volume too low, turned that up whilst connected and its been fine ever since.
