Our 2004 came with a rear hatch rack which I removed immediately. Googled and found a few very good tow hitch one able to carry even E bikes that tilt down with the bikes attached to give access to the rear.
We chose a company ( Twinny Load) based in NL where we live that has a reputation for quality at a reasonable price.
Good carrier with good price. Well adjustable, tiltable, can be locked, 13 pole connector and it is very stable!
The Sweds (Thule) have very nice ones but twice the price for one you could tilt away while loaded.
