Air Conditioning Won’t Come On!

Our A/C has stopped working. Is it me, is it perhaps something that’s wrong in settings? When I press the A/C button on the central console no light comes on? Could it be a fuse? I’ve looked in the fuse book and can’t see one referenced. I love the sun but….

Yes! Tried “hitting”everything! Currently at Western Auto Merc!
The refrigerant can leak out over time especially if the a/c hasn’t been used over winter or if your van has stood idle for a while. This is because the refrigerant contains a lubricant that helps seal the system but this dries out if not used. Likely they’ll just recharge / refill the system and you’ll be good to go rather than there being any major issue

I've had damage to the A/C radiator before (not in my MP) and the gas leaked out, didn't notice it until the weather warmed up and no cold air from the vents. New radiator and re-gas was the solution.

Still waiting for the repair to be done but it seems the pipe was fractured. Waiting for a replacement pipe to arrive today and get fitted followed by a re-gas. Hopefully sorted today so we can carry on with our holiday. Thanks for all your replies. Much appreciated.
