Hydraulic roof motor does not work

Hi,
Anyone have any experience with a hydraulic roof that does not operate?
I checked all fuses in the leisure compartment my the fridge, underneath the seat and motor area and nothing blown.
I’m heading to MB for an MOT(APK in the Netherlands) tomorrow but thought this would be a no brainer.
I have a 2004 Marco Polo Viano 2.2 and a bit surprised that the manuals and documents don’t match at all with what is in the vehicle.
I’ll keep you posted what they find.
Regards,
Stephen

Well I knew it was a 25A fuse, so I checked every one and found by reseating the fuse with some contact spray everything is working again.
Well worth the troubleshooting. A bit disappointed that the manual isn’t correct.

The issue was a fuse which evidently vibrated loose. At least I know where it is as the manuals aren’t very good.
We now finally need to replace the left hydraulic cylinder as it is leaking so bad the reservoir tank just emptied. They don’t offer the electric hydraulic lifts anymore according to the service representative’s. I made an appointment to change it. Prices went up €300 and they said it’s going to take 4 hours to replace. That will be > €1.200,00 with taxes. To change to gas struts will require a new roof. I don’t even want to know what that cost.

Good afternoon
I have exactly the same issue, there is no power to the hydraulics, no sound whatsoever.
Looking through the manual shows a complete different setup with regards to the fuses. Do you have any idea which 25A fuse to look for?? I drive the the same camper as you do but then a 2005 version.
thanks Mark
